Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR)
Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (Central German Broadcasting) is the public broadcaster for the federal states of Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. Its headquarters are in Leipzig, with regional studios in Dresden, Erfurt and Magdeburg. MDR is a member of the ARD consortium of public broadcasters in Germany.

MDR Sachsen MDR Sachsen-Anhalt MDR Thüringen
MDR Sachsen is the regional radio of the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk for Sachsen. The station covers Bautzen, Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig. MDR Saxony-Anhalt is the is the regional radio of the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk for Saxony-Anhalt. The station covers Magdeburg, Halle, Dessau and Stendal. MDR Thuringia is the regional radio station of the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk for Thuringia. The stations covers the whole state split into 5 regions.
